THE LOTUS LEAVES PAINTING WORKSHOP:

WORKSHOP PROCESS:

We are able to provide a unique painting experience with our lotus leaves fabric canvas/wooden panel for up to 10 participants per-workshop setting, lasting between 3 - 4 hours depending on canvas size. We are offering mainly canvas size 60cm x 100cm and 40cm x 40cm (singe, diptych, triptych) which are the most popular size in our workshop so far.

Participants do not need to be an experienced artist, absolutely no experience required, anyone can paint, you just need to select the colors of your choice and needs. 

A "how-to" demonstration highlighting the technique used for painting will be conducted. Participants will be provided with the needed painting materials. Our dedicated facilitators will be on-hand to provide group coaching and also individual guidance to participants during the workshop. 

VARNISHING:

Upon completion of the workshop, the paintings will be left with us for drying and varnishing purposes. Varnishing is a crucial step in ensuring that the paintings are long lasting and easy to clean in the future. We apply two coats of varnish (i.e. your choice of varnish either Glossy, Matt or Semi Gloss) per painting and the overall process usually takes around 7 - 10 days.

Once the painting is varnished, participant can either do self collection or request for delivery service.

Time:  We open daily from 8.00am to 6.00pm;  check with us for date & time availability.  BUT, effective 1st January 2020, due to unforeseen circumstances, we only open for workshop booked in advance and confirmed appointment only.
